I was hoping EB would make it more challenging and their armies more powerful. But the AI ALWAYS under garrisons the capitol. They leave 3 units in the city. Its as if the AI believes just because there is an ocean separating North Africa and Italy, no one will bring a large army to invade. And also what happened to the navy? Its almost non-existent. I can easily cross the Mediterranean with no resistance. It makes it far too easy. Carthage is not aggressive enough.

I realize they do have a decent army, but all of it is in Spain. So if Carthage gets under sieged it would take too long to bring the armies back to where there needed the most.
Someone needs to write a script so that when Rome or any other faction invades Sicily, the garrisoning of CArthage should be kept a top priority, and that the AI should aggressively try to take back sicily.
