    Default VGA Input

On the new computer I built, the monitor does not fit the rig. Why? There is no VGA slot on my computer, only two DVI slots. Are VGA slots somehow obsolete, being replaced by DVI? My old LCD has VGA slots (only) too. It worked fine with the monitor at the shop, so I do think it's the VGA cable. My graphics card is an EVGA GeForce 8800GTS Superclocked. I don't know much about this area of computers, but do I need a new monitor, or can I sort something out?

Keep in mind I can always send the monitor back for a refund. If I do need a new monitor, then what should I choose that will work?

EDIT: 15-pin D-subs (VGA) seem to be on every monitor. What do I do?

EDIT2: Yep, the graphics card is dual-DVI only.
