Playing as Ireland, I was amused to land on the Isle of Man and take it before turn 10. The odd thing was that I apparently killed ALL the Norwegian generals and the faction was destroyed. I think the Welsh softened them up just before I landed, but failed to actually take the castle.

The strange thing is that the faction was eliminated BEFORE the waves of reinforcements arrived from Norway and it somehow prevented their arrival.

Wierd...
