    Default Pontic expansion

I'm a bit of a history buff(like many of us are) and i play the campaigns as historically as possible. The problem is that i don't know how Pontus grew. I've never seen a map of the kingdom, except in EB, and during the reign od Mitridates VI.
It seems that their history is almost blank for 150 years. My heart doesn't let me capture Sinope on the first turns becouse i learned that they captured it much later on.

    So the question is:
Which city's should i attack and when?(to be historical)
+ if anyone has any maps to share i would welcome them, since i might start a project in college about Pontos (EB is a better learning tool than the books!)

    Thanx in advance

I'd recommend starting here, since it deals with Pontus' faction leader at the beginning of the game. From there, you can go through his various successors and try to chart their expansion. However, from my own cursory glance, it appears that Pontos did very little until the reign of Mithradates II, when it went to war with the Seleucids. If you stick to that, you could be hanging around Amasia for quite a long time.

    Cheers.
