The standing army before France joined the war was increased from 70000 to 130000, but as far as with militias included I'm not sure. Brandenburg had no army to speak of at the time afaik.

And from what I've read the English weren't much for keeping any kind of large standing army either.

Yeah I don't think many countries did at the time. It was hard for the government to get money from the people to support a standing army, or so was the case with Brandenburg. There was widespread looting and torture, which I assume was to pay for their armies.
