Default Type 1 Government Bug for the Romani

I am playing as the Romanii, EB version 1.0. I've modded it to work in BI and thus better compaign map AI and more naval landings, and added shield_wall and shieldtrom to quite a few units. Other than that, no modding.

As the romanii, Gaetulia was conquered, and I found I could build a type 1 government there! I would think that would be more a type 3 or 4.

there IS an odd building in Tuat, which is not destroyable. It looks like an old vanilla baracks building.

Just FYI. I don't think this was a bug in 8.1a.

It's OK, I put it there. Pardon the appearance.

Guessing the building has a scripting function?

BTW, this is off topic, but I am SOOOO happy there are actually some native recruitable troops in Ramnii and others in West Africa. This was something that was VERY much lacking in .81a. Awesome job :)

One AOR question though, is it accurate that there are NO native range troops in Iberia? I understand light infantry was thier forte, but it seems like they would have HAD to have archers or slingers of some kind as supporting troops.....

Maybe they relied on the nearby Balearic islands to supply loads of mercenary slingers? That's what I do, anyway.
