ok ok grizz admits it, grizz cannot search the internet to save his life!
ive tried just googling and downloading but i seem to get freeware which will tell me what the problem is but won't fix it without me buying pro-version!

My personal recommendation is Lavasoft's Ad-Aware, which is always reliable.
