The only reason I haven't done it before is that the site's only one and a half screens on my monitor; I keep forgetting the huge percentage of people using smaller sizes (judging from Google Analytics, at any rate

I've followed Sigurd's quest for debate earnestly. Im curious if this will lead to a new subforum or be conducted within the confines of the backroom? It appears to be addressed to the Backroom crowd, but it seems to be a requirement to envoke formal debate rules (very unbackroom).

So, a potential subforum might garnish a higher level of participation IMHO, thoughts?

We'll see what the takeup is.

The initial plan, subject to modification by Sigurd, is to do things behind the scenes, then to include the debate in the Gahzette.

If there's enough interest, a sub-forum may be implemented
