Default Post pics of your pet

I was jsut looking htough some old CDs I had found, and one turend out to have pics of my familys dogs on it, so I thought I'd start this thread, something which has long bismirched the frontroom by its absence, imho.

anyway, my very mongrel dog Tess, (I know, hopelessly unimaganitive )

The last is a rather poor picture, but at the same time captures her character very well, I think.

Now I am at university I miss my dog so much . Still I will be going home next week at least.

Also, a couple of pictures of my Granny's now sadly dead dog:

I think she had more joy in life than any other being human or animal I have ever met, which is a very great shame as she died slowly (if probably painlessly) after being run over and getting a broken back.

Ohh, and I can give you high res if anybody happens to want them for some strange reason.

So, lets see what other prized pets my fellow orgers have!

    Those dogs look adorable.

Here's an old image of my dog, Lexi, which can suffice for now.

I'll get some better pictures of her in the next few days when I have more time, as well as the cat and birds too.

Oh and the second dog looks similar to my Grandmother's dog called Benji, which she got from the RSPCA and who passed away 2 years ago.

Harry the black cat, who's waiting to be fed at the moment, and Sally who's sadly deceased. They weren't normally that cute they were normally chasing each other, but it reminds me I need to find him a new 'girlfriend'.

I'd like to see those birds, if you don't mind. Are they parrots? Keas by chance? ( )
Would be a nice change to all the cats and dogs (which I like, too).
    Thanks,

"Snag", Mrs. Kukri's beloved cat chased off raccoons from the yard one night - and while pursuing them, ran into a pair of Rottweilers, and his demise. Mrs. K. was unconsoleable for months.

Then, out of the blue, this fellow showed up on our back-porch one afternoon - a dead ringer for Snag, except for his skinnier tail. We fed him, and he's hung around now for almost 6 months. We call him "Spike", because he was built like a boxer (all upper body muscle) when he first arrived. 5+ months on, he's fattened up a bit. Mrs. K's grief has abated since Spike arrived, so I'm grateful.

p.s. Sorry for yet another cat R'as; I look forward to seeing thebirds and reptiles of members, too.
Be well. Do good. Keep in touch.

Great dogs (and kids... ) Lemur. Pugs are adorable, \ after our Great Dane died a two years ago it was the only dog my mom would even consider getting. However, since the rest of the family will only consider another Great Dane we're still dog-less. And sadly we'll probably be for some time.

Pets? .. as in the creatures you feed, bathe and talk to? The creatures that shows unconditional love, that listens to your troubles and that you can take out when you need some air?

Here is my pet (recently defrosted):

Well I suppose you could argue that it purrs?

Wouldn't be so good if it decided to sit on your lap though, and probably quite expensive to take to 'vets' - I recommend you get a cat (or Jaguar )
