    You will be able to post everywhere once you become a "Member" as opposed to Junior Member.

    A group gather and decide the rules (difficulty level, house rules, order of playing etc.). You play your turn, save the game and email it. The next one on the quee takes up and using a certain cheat switches the faction to his own. Plays his turn and passes on. The last one on the quee presses End Turn and sends the saved game to the first.

    That's how it is logically supposed to be. I've never participated in a PBM.
