#1 The elder not being able to multitask in the supermarket. They wait before they hear the amount, and then the purse opens. They take out wallet. They pay. Wallet closes. Wallet back. Purse closed. Grab groceries, shamble on. 28 minutes later.The senile egoism with which they assume everyone has all the time in the world just like them.

#2 People entering the train when you still have to get out. I cannot help placing a shoulder or an elbow just a little more firmly then is stricly necesary or reasonable.

#3 Slowwwwwwwwwwwww driving on the left lane of the freeway. This, is what SUV's are made for, terrorising people who insist on slowing everybody down, just because they like doing that are never learned that the left lane is not for prolonged use (germans I feel your pain I really do). Get closily behind them, and just don't give them a peck on the bumper with that monster.
