Try downloading the torrent version, it runs a check to make sure that files are not corrupted after completion (of course, you'll need a torrent client).

I suggest you choose the "Remove" option. Then run it once more and the regular thing should show up. Alternatively, you can use 7-zip to extract the files manually, then you'll have to create the shortcut yourself.
