Not saying the casulaty ratio is accuratein M2TW just that's the way it is.

Killing has become faster thanks to technology, but it also offered the means of idsengaging and keeping the enemy at bay if needs be. Total massacres were rare.

Battles are won and lost without having to inflict or suffer 90% casulties!!!
You mentioned sharp and pointy weapons in MTW2 and what exactly do you think a Pike or Bayonet is going to be in ETW??? and please,please,please before you say Pikes weren't in use during the 18th century I suggest you read the ETW write-up on the TW website because the Pike is going to be one of the hand to hand weapon's.Granted in small number's and only in the early part of the 1700's.
