    Default Very Dark Units

    Hello,

    I had great fun with EB .81, but now I updated my Game to 1.0 and I have a graphic problem.

    All units on the battle map are very dark while the rest of the screen has a normal colour.

    I played EB .81 over a half year without a problem and I use the same graphic setting for .81 as for 1.0.

    Below there is a Screenshot, where you can see the problem with some very dark Akontistai and Peltastai.

    Thank you for your help.

    And Sorry for my incorrect English. I’m not a native English speaker (and writer). (-;

    Edit: Sorry, can't ad the screenshot on my first post. It will be in the next.

    This is a combination of:
    monitor settings;
    new lightning files made by an EB member;
    time of day in your battle.

    There should be a link to other lightning files around somewhere... (Goth made a couple of versions, and the darker version was decided to be the prettiest - but the fact the units get too dark is a known issue with especially older monitor types.) There will be various mixes & matches you can try, there's bound to be someone you will like.

    Yes, I found the files.
    Now the units are looking much brighter.

    Thanks to Tellos Athenaios for helping and thanks to Goth for the alternativ lighting files.

    For all other users with the same problem. Here is a helpful thread:
