    Uh, I don't know. I didn't think they added to any income at all, until they became regular population again and became taxpayers like everyone else.

    In vanilla, slavery was also a temp economic resource, but removed in patches and in EB.

    The game features of 'slavery' is still in EB (it is hardcoded). It was just renamed 'refugees' and is represented by a little grouping of tents for a while. There is also an unrelated 'slaves' resource in some places.
