This guy has a little story to go with him . Unlike the naked spearmen who might be a dirt poor mofo this guy might have been from the middle class. That is shown by the sword he owns. He could have probably afforded some armor , a long sword and a helmet. He chooses to fight naked instead for religious reverence ,thrill seeking or to prove to other's he is not a coward . Unlike the others I intend to embellish this a bit more . I'll have a dead body near by , embellish his muscles some more and touch up his shield .

which is why he drew it like caratacos, to look cool, its not like he's drawing concept art for a future game or anything, he's just posting some drawings.
