It happened to me too in my KH campaign. I usually keep the games in Korinth on biannual to somewhat roleplay, but it's never happened to me before. And speaking of games, in the next release or patch, will there be more games and festivals other than the 4 already included in Hellas?

I'm not sure, but I think there is not any work being done on further games and festivals for EB1.
