Client ruler increased sally movement

Sometimes the client rulers have a problem with sallying to repel a siege. This will reduce their movement penalty.
Make a backup by copying <RTW directory>/EB/data/export_descr_character_traits.txt to export_descr_character_traits.txt.original (or something else if it already exists).
Download this file from the EB FTP.
Unpack into <RTW directory>/EB/data.
Delete or rename <RTW directory>/EB/data/world/maps/base/map.rwm. It will be regenerated when you next start the game.

This does not work, unless the export_descr_character_traits.txt.original is only loaded at start so there can be no changes during your current campaign
Well, is it? Because, this is not working for me.. I just lost a town where was 10 units because I haven't been albe to respond.. even do there were only 4 units sieging it
