Okay, now I'm anxious to see if this works. Update to the latest revision, then replace the three files in this archive. It's basically the sounds files from 1273, and the latest EDU minus the changes made in 1274, so the Greek voicemod is cut out.

Edit: at custom battle, all i can choose from the romans are mercenary units. What should I do?

Check my sig for a tool to switch the EDU for custom battles.
Whenever you're ready, go to the beta testing forum to download the new build. Possibly I'll have to cut away the greek voicemod for you in that version too, let's see how it works.
Edit: Oh wait, you can't use that EDU as you're bound by this non-voicemod version. No custom battles for you. Sorry.
