It's not that the can't be played, it's just that many factions are missing iconic troops. The one example that sticks out are the Romans. The only Roman troops they can use in cussom battles are the generals and equites.

Read man. EB comes with a custom battle EDU and a Campaign EDU. Use the custom battle EDU and you'll get all your 'iconic' troops. Foot just explained this.Originally Posted by icydawgfish
