Interesting, how could you reach them? Antioch doesn't start with much in the way of men in the north and you're big army stouthwest of the city was too far away?

Now that everyone has had a chance to put in their passwords, I have tested them and they are all good. The Admin function makes having the password less important, but I would prefer to use the passwords in case of skipping turns or finding temporary replacements, rather than opening the console.

I think it's about to get worse, although the locale will change a bit. EF has an army nearby that may be able to defeat the army that defeated the army that defeated the army that took Edessa.

I wouldn't be the slightest surprise if the only effect of this war was to make the KOJ the strongest power, given that Turkey is stronger vis a vis Antioch than Egypt is against Jerusalem, let alone the fact that the charts show the KOJ increasing rather rapidly in population. Snatching all the rebel settlements, I take it?

As to the rapid increasing population, we bred like rabbits... but the christian way (all prim and proper, mind you...) That's the benefit of forbidden birth control ...


More seriously, having multiple high chivalry general helps a lot... My faction Leader is +10 Chiv at the moment...

Snatching a few rebel settlements helps a lot also...

I'm preparing my write-up, sorting out the screens and so on, to get you all out of the dark...

Ok, I've done my write-up on my first two turns...

No major hints, just some rebel bashing and some Skirmishes with Egyptians...

The follow-up should be much more lively...

unfortunately not, and it looks like the Antiochians are going to be wiped off the map, I underestimated you Zim, I thought those Northern provinces would concentrate on the Byzantines.

I was wondering if you'd see my armies coming from the North. I saw you had a diplomat moving up by a few of them.

Turkey is in such a bad position I figured my only chance was to abandon a front. The Northern provinces are smaller and less well developed so it was an easy decision to pick which one.

Things aren't entirely grim for Turkey's enemies, though. Antioch and the KOJ together are still a very good match for Turkey and Egypt, and I'll surely come to regret letting the Byzantines grow strong on my rear flank.

It's not over yet.
