I refuse to play with someone who refuses to communicate with me in PM's. I am the GM and I simply have to be able to communicate with every player on a OOC level.

Basically a pm argument got out of hand. You can consider PK's version to be the correct one. I'm not really interested in dragging this out, so I'm not going to post in this thread any more now that I'm out of the game.

I don't like people with oversized egos... is all...

But I'm quite fine with Sinan taking Zim's place even if it changes the whole game...

That's why I don't like the idea of having a GM so much...

GM is just that, it doesn't grant any god-like powers...

I'm sorry to see arguments turn this way...

PK, I'm a bit disappointed in you... but I will respect your will as GM whoever wrong that might seem to me...

I may be slitting my own throat here, but Elite Ferret did get his game cut short.

Despite his pro-Crusader sympathies, it would be nice if he got to play again.

It was a simple matter. Zim asked me to never PM him again. I will of course accept his wishes. But I simply can not have a player who will not communicate with me. It just would not work.

I obviously took a couple days off. I learned a long time ago that when anything gets "weird" on the internet, it is good to take a step back and go live "real life".

Since it's the holidays, we'll take a couple more days off. I want the break. I'll come back in a couple more days. If we want to continue this game, I'll try to drum up another player (like EF), and we'll game on.

It is only a game after all...

We are all trying to have fun and having Zim out at this point severely takes away the fun for me...

Hope things can go back to normal soon... I have been having fun interacting with the both of you on threads or by PM and would like to go on but it feels a bit awkward now

Gentlemen, thanks for having more. I am fully confident that I can turn this situation around and turn our powerhouse Empire into a bastion of mediocrity in no time at all.

Anyway, my preference is that Zim plays on as Turkey. That way it would give me some time to get myself acclimated with the game and position everyone's in.
