    Default New cell phone

    Hi guys,

So I lost my Razr in Paris somewhere. No one is using it, but I just lost it. I've been paying the fee to my USA cell phone provider for the past few months just to avoid cancelling, when I get back I'll get a new SIM card.

Well, one of my co-workers has a brand new 8GB iPhone. He bought it in the local city (I'm in Saudi Arabia right now) for about USD670. The good part is, it's unlocked so you can just pop in a new SIM for wherever you are.

So my question is what are some favorite cell phones (with music storage) for a 24 year old guy when money is (no particular) object? The iPhone is very tempting, but I thought I would check around.

    Thanks,
    Azi

The only thing I know about the iPhone is that it blends well.

Many of the unlocked iPhones are broken or destroyed by updating their software, so, uhm, don't do that if you go iPhone.

Personally I wouldn't get in on the ground floor of the iPhone thing. Wait another year and Apple will have version 2 out the door, cheaper, better, and natively unlocked. That being said, I just have the most basic no contract little freebie phone, probably because I rather hate the idea of being instantly available to anyone.

I wanted to get an iPhone, but 3 reviews busted the idea out of my mind. No MMS? What phone is that?! No video camera? No waaay!

Sleek looking thing, it's awesome for the design. It's the most beautiful phone momentarily.

My Nokia N95 is perfect. Not too big, not too heavy, lots of features and no problems so far. No need to switch to iPhone and pay 700 dollars on it. N95 >>>>>>>>> iPhone.

Does anyone have an opinion on this offer? http://shop.carphonewarehouse.com/pa...do-wii/orange/

I need a new phone. The free Wii is very tempting.
