    Default Rebel Spawn Question Part due

    If I adjust the spawn rate of rebels in the descr_stat menu, does that affect the likelihood and number of rebels that appear when a town begins to riot?
    i.e. if the number is incredibly high will the town kick you out and have a full stacked rebel army or no?
