    Default CTD with Averni reform

Hi all, 1st new thread here (though I lurk here and hang out at twcenter). ANYway, question is as follows.

On to my first real game buster (as in can't play whether I want to or not). My Averni campaign upon completion of a 3rd great market the advisor pops up... and CTD, even when I reload.

I tried a previous (4 turns before) save. Same thing.

I tried a save from 10 turns before. Same thing.

Anyhow, this is a bit of a bummer, as I had been enjoying the game.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    ENSAIS

FYI- none of the fixes stickied appears to address this.

You should probably post your save game and follow the instructions stickied about "how to report a crash."

Does it CTD when you click on the advisor? Try ignoring him... and just end turn.

If it CTDs regardless it's weird cause I played a short Arvernii campaign and got the reforms, I did get an advisor related CTD though but got past it...

YES, the CTD is with the advisor.... I will try it now without him.

EDIT: I did "get past" the advisor CTD by simply ignoring him... but no reform happened either (still says "Time of Freemen").

Restarting an Adeui game and quitting my Averni. Lets see if it still happens

Like bovi said in order to solve it please post one of the savegames before the advisor pops up (the closest one to the date would be best)

    Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the Gaul-Epeiros alliance. You have likely not installed the fixes linked in my sig?

    Should be savegame compatible.

Fixed it. A big thanks. Hadn't realized that the Epirus-Gaul script was the issue, thanks again.
