Yes, we're interested in it, thanks. The Tuat thing is okay, just leave the building as is. The bardic circle in Oxtraca however sounds like a bug.

The Oxtraca problem was fixed. Don't worry it's just the tavern upgrade that was forgotten for the Lusitans.
The quickest fix is to remove spain's ability to build Bardic Circles in EDB...

Another building sans description I found was the Pontic wrestling / barbarian gymnasion.
