need help with script fixing patch

i download the patch and it sends me straight to a file entitled scripts, what do i do now?

Just extract the zip file, and copy and paste into your EB/data folder.

when i go to extract it, it has C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\YWW5YSTZ\scriptfixes[1] highlighted as the place for scripts to extract to

should i cange it to eb/data as the place to extract to, and if i dont extract it, will it mess up eb

Again:

extract to EB\data folder - and choose to overwrite when it asks about it.

Simply put: if you place it somewhere else, or do not extract the thing it will not make any difference whatsoever besides clogging up your HD.
