Map_Roughness!

So does anybody figured what is this crap?

I thought for sometime it smooth camp. map or battle map, but none of those confirmed so far

afaik the general concencus is that is does nothing, probably some sort of relic ..

it just needs to be the same size map_heights -1pixel (or 2* map_regions)
