Money when a faction is destroyed?

Sorry if this topic has already been posted.

I was wondering when a faction is destroyed by another faction, say Romani destroys KH, and KH had 10,000mnai at the end of their turn; do the Romani get the 10,000 KH had in their treasury or does it dissapear?

The money belonging to the destroyed faction just disappears.

There is a mini mod to be found in the unofical mods section , known as spoils of victory, that gives you a percentage of the enemies budget when you destroy them.
