Portraits?

hello again


There are some things concerning portraits, which I didnt have figured out yet.

Well, I tried to edit the .tga files with adobe photoshop, and I recocnized, that every portrait has the same size, so I took a picture from the web, and resized it to 96x142 pix, as it has every portrait.
But it does not work!
When I start Med I, I can only see an empty white square where the portrait should be.
Maybe it is because my picture only has 10 kb size?
The other pictures are having about 40 kb.

You need to save the TGA with 24 bit depth

First off you need to be sure your image is in RGB mode (IMAGE >> MODE >> RGB), then when you save the file, it will ask you what bit-depth you require - it will put up a little tick-box dialogue screen as you go through, and the options should be 16, 24 and 32 bit. Check "24" then finish
