I love when You get not so great character but after few years he becomes really great one.

Im my Haysadan campagne I had dull/uncharismatic/vigorous guy that was send to defend his country with small band of horse archers against treacherous Seleukids at age of 16.
Now 20+ years later not only he is the best general Haysadan ever had but he is one of the finest in the known world. He is also faction leader.

In the same time i had a dull/charismatic/vigorous faction leader with doubtful courage.
After first battle his courage was no longer in daubed, and many years later he was brave beyond belive.
I really didnt like this guy at the beginning but he turned out to be very good faction leader and commander.
Unfortunately he was slain by Seleukids assassin
