1. Which is the fastest cav in MTW???
2. Is there any cav that can catch the cav archers???
3. Spanish Jinettes are they really any good or am I just lucky using them???
4. How and where can I get the templar knights (being english faction ofcourse) I upgraded almost all in my fortress. Cant u produce them when u get farther in the game???

All the Order knights can only be acquired through starting a crusade.
Seeing as you didn't know that I'll also point out that the foot knights can only be gotten by dismounting before battle.

Four stage strategy from Yes, Minister:
Stage one we say nothing is going to happen.
Stage two, we say something may be about to happen, but we should do nothing about it.
Stage three, we say that maybe we should do something about it, but there's nothing we can do.
Stage four, we say maybe there was something we could have done, but it's too late now.
Next question do the knights dismount by themself or can I deside if they should or not??? And if I can whats the advantage in that???

The Horse Archers is the fastest unit along with Alans, Steppe Cavalry, Saharan Cavalry, Turcomans (I think) and Turcopoles (I think too).
Though they all have the same run speed their charge speed is a little faster, so it is possible to catch the damn Horse Archers.
Jinettes are good, but they are hard to use. They are good at flanking the enemy infantry and throw their javelins into a melee. Then charge them in.
