Hi all. I have a campaign as Rome where I control all of Italy, Greece, North Africa, and much of southern Gaul. My cities are heavily upgraded...and yet...where is the Polybian reform??? It's 150 BC and I'm getting nervous.

Blitz did you start the script when you started the campaign and each time you reloaded?
I did read the FAQs and I've fulfilled all the requirements. And what do you mean by "the script"?
Ah, that'll probably be the problem then...
The script gives you access to pretty much all of EB, and without it you're basically playing a better looking version of vanilla with more units. To activate the script, just click on a city every time you load a game and click the "show me how" button. Although, I think it's pretty hard to ignore the advisor until 150 BC...

Ah, so every time I load a saved game I click the "how me how" button on any city i control? That explains why I'm in 150 BC and my Principes are still fighting with spears...
