Well they did play a role in the history of North America, good question. Important to trade, involment in the various wars etc.

Considering theres a 40-50 faction limit, its very likely.

I find it highly unlikely that they will be a playable faction - and if the limit is 10 factions then it would probably require to outrageously leave out some very important European faction. However, I hope they will be a faction that you can unlock by changing a line in a textfile.

yepp, most likely there are Indians but not as playable, so you have to change file in the files as already said.
