It's probaly better to ask this in the Modding Questions forum, but seeing as I'm posting I guess it would only be polite to answer you. I assume you're talking about on the minimap. If so, then you have to make the faction's colour and secondary colour the same. The only thing is though, I can't remember exactly what file.
