Town in darkness

So, I have taken Callatis early in the game as Getai and installed a type IV government so that I can take advantage of all the nice regional troops available there. After a while the client king passes away. No new client ruler spawns in its place, and more annoyingly, the town seems to be shrouded in darkness.

Bug or something else?

simply move another unit (or FM or diplo-unit) in the city....it´s a rare hardcoded bug...nothing to worry about....

is a new client ruler supposed to spawn? never heard of that...

Must destroy and rebuild GovIV for new client ruler.

No. You either destroy/rebuild the gov4 or place a gov3 instead...or leave it as is.

Sorry I misunderstood the spawning part. But it seems weird that I need to move a character into the town for it to lift the fog on the surrounding area. Thanks anyway... I suppose it is one of those RTW "features"...
