R.I.P My Mandi
My Fiance Amanda Marie Tooley died this morning (Dec 08 2007).
Our apartment caught on fire and she didn't make it out. I am so sorry I wasn't there to save you honey. She was 19 years old, and we have been together for 4 years. High School sweethearts. She was never an EB player but has had to put up with me playing it since it was released. I would just like everybody who reads this to please observe a moment of silence in her honor.

Enough with the fucking LYNCHMOB! It wasn't funny the first time around, and it still isn't. The only way he could prove that he's speaking the truth is by posting a death certificate, and I don't want to see that happen. I wish that it's only a prank, because that would mean no-one died, but in the meantime The ImPaLeR6 can have all the sympathy I have.

Which really doesn't answer anything. Why would he post a cheerful topic about the death of his 19 year old finance on a gaming forum full of people he doesn't know?

If people were inclined to believe everything they saw and heard, maybe I should just start a foundation that gives me money for my "terminal disease" just to receive donations. Then I would be set for life.

people deal with this kind of stress by talking with friends and family. not posting on a gaming forrum. we might be kind of harsh, but people are protected by their comps so they can lie with no consequences on the internet and many people do.

And why he posted this? Because he's young? Because he lost someone he loved and can't stand the pain of it? Because he has played EB for a while, has been a lurker, and feels some connection to the people in this forum? If the girl I love died, I would do much more stupid shit than post in a forum.
And is he asking for donations? No, he wants a moment of silence. That costs nothing, so I'm willing to risk being cheated. If you want to spare your silence, fine. Just letting you know, it's an inexhaustible resource.

I apologize for not believing everything I hear. Obviously Hollywood movies and everything on the internet is 100% true. A person old enough to get married isn't young, and would at least have some basic common sense.
Answer these questions Thaatu:
1. Why did he end his original post with "can I have some balloons?" The death of someone is a serious matter, not something to kid around with.
2. He has never posted here before. He doesn't know any of us. Why is he telling us this? This is a gaming forum, not a counsling/family website.
3. For a person who can't stand the pain as you say, he has plenty of time to go around gaming forums, and plenty of time making degoratory remarks.
4. He said "I Miss you already" in his post, whereas his finance supposedly died today. Which makes no sense whatsoever.
So why don't you answer these questions before you go around on another rampage saying curse words at those of us who don't believe everything we read...
