No mercs?

wtf

After taking a break from EB I started a new Mac camp and noticed...

all the mercs are gone!

there are no merc, they are all gone.

I have looked everywhere. it worked fine just a few months ago. very strange....

where did they go?

As far I can remember I havent change any files. i loaded some saves from what i believe could be an old version of eb. but i didnt get any ctds. could that have changed something?
