Trait Text Not Changing
As Selukeia, I've found that one of my spies has lots of levels in spying, but on his card, they don't show up. Also, the rationing trait seems to be broken for me. I get all the penalties for the higher levels, but the rationing text never changes. Also, A FM got the indifferent to siege trait and it stuck for the longest time after the seige was over.

Are you sure you didn't install the trait nerf temporary fix? Could you post a screenshot of what you're talking about?

Nope, I didn't download the trait file temporary fix. I will get screenshots the next time I'm on.
