Really quick question

It's been quite a while since i've plyed any of the Total War games or visited these forums and im planning on getting back into Rome. I remember a unit editing tool for Medieval 1 that displayed all the stats, training costs, unit numbers etc. in a kind of spreadsheet. I can't for the life of me remember its name but was just wondering if there was an equivalent editor for Rome.
