Default How do I change permission settings on Vista?

My PC always checks if I'm an administrator before I do anything. I think this is blocking the unpack_all script for working for me, it always says "failed to open file" just before it closes. Someone else with Vista has also reported this problem.

How do I turn off this admin thing so that the unpacker will have access to all the files?

EDIT: Double checked my account, I am an admin. However, when I go into the Windows Security Centre I see no option to actually turn off the user account controls.

At the end of the day politics is just trash compared to the Gospel.
