Thread: .exe

    Default .exe

This is strange. I just installed EB a couple of days ago on my new computer (which has vista) and after some initial problems trying to find saved game files the game started working fine, I loaded it up and it turned on as normal. Now, several days later, I have clicked on the desktop shortcut and its telling me to insert the disk into the drive. So I went looking for the .exe in the EB folder and to my surprise it wasnt there.

I'm not really sure what to do about this. Maybe post some screen shots of the EB folder and someone could tell me if I'm missing anything major in the EB folder (like the .exe) I dont know. Or would just getting the .exe solve it. Can someone post it or can that not happen?

We use the RomeTW.exe. Check your shortcut.

    "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -mod:eb -show_err

This is what the shortcut 'target' box says

Good job! That says that there is no special EB executable. Just put the CD in the drive and all will be well .
