Well, the community is AFAIK is dead.

The problem is that after so many disappointment no one takes the effort to try Kingdoms. RTW was a failure, MTW2 vanilla was a failure. We had many old players coming back and leaving soon after they found out the sorry state of affairs. Why would they come back the 3rd time?
Also, the basic game always have more ppl. Shougn and MTW, RTW had more ppl than MI, VI or BI (despite that fact that for example BI is much better than RTW). That is the same for MTW2, not to mention the fact that it has 4 (!) EP splitting up further the available ppl.
