I just bought my FIRST interceptor in EVE. My dreambird: A Crow !
Ladies & Gentlemen, I present you the Thorunn:

It's seems like such a huge moment. I'm aware it isn't, as there are far greater milestones to be reached. I'm probably not going to play this game forever, as I'd literally need another life to do it. Anyway I just wanted to share this MOMENTOUS occasion with everyone. I can't wait to fly this thing in fleet!

Thanks ! This is all the more an important event for me, since I want to ONLY fly interceptors as much as possible. I'm very much a fleet guy, I don't like doing the solo stuff, it's like watching paint dry. I like being ahead as a scout, reporting back enemy fleet info and racing in to pin them down. Big ships are defintely easier to fly, easier to survive in and muc more popular, but they're just way to slow and lumbering for me. I like the front end action.

I need to get back to EVE as soon as i get my PC back. All i need is to do one more bit of skill training and i can use the Hulk. I wonder what my corp is doing? I wonder if it even lives still?

What's the name of the corp? I can check them up for you. Trinity is great, IMO, as far as GFX are concerned, the above screenshot speaks for itself. It's head & shoulders above the last update. I have'nt flown anything but Caldari Cruisers, Caldari Frigates and now a Caldari Interceptor! (no interest in anything else) so I can't really say a great deal.

Quality Assurance Inc i think it was. Get in contact with one of the CEO's (preferably DoctorAnderson) and tell them you're a friend of Curryzia Kinwurry, deliver the following message.

"Apologies for my sudden disappearance - had problems with credit card payments and then a move to Australia. Many more apologies for the fact our big mining plan has probably been screwed up because of my disappearance. How is the corp going? I hope it is still going strong. I shall probably be back in mid-February at the latest."

If you can deliver them that message, it would be a godsend, thanks. I was one of the three founders, and my disappearance probably screwed those guys over big time.

Crow is tech 2 version of the Condor.

The Thorunn is the name I gave her, female for Thor. The ship is a frigate hull visually identical in frame to the Condor. Love the Condor as well, light as a feather. Can't beat the Crow though, getting it was the easy part, now it will take a couple of months before I can really fly it at a high level of efficiency. You decided on the game REAL quick, a lot of people take a while to get into it. Congrats! and happy hunting!

You just need some high grade snakes to really make your crow go zoom, nothing like the can't catch me feeling with uber speedy interceptors (or vagabonds which are even better TBH). Having said that, not been subbed for a month or two and can't quite motivate myself to go back yet. (Hope you didn't get fried by the amusing CCP Boot.ini deletion trick with the Trinity patch

)

Thanks for the tip. Those are in the plan and I'm going to get some eventually. I didn't get burnt by the bootmeupScotty fiasco. I never insta D/L any updates anymore, after some years of experience in online gaming you tend to be wary of updates. I always wait a few days at least and then read up and then if satisfied I D/L. I have a friend who has a games cafe and you can imagine how thankful he was when I SMSed him right after reading about the issue, saving him a load of trouble on his 24 money minting PCs.
