    Default Advice on Video Options

Hi everyone, I was wondering about how I should set up my video options while playing this game. I made the units and grass more detailed and was wondering whether changing to high resolution is a good idea or not? Is making buildings highly-detailed recommended too?

    Thank you in advance.

All depends on your PC´s configuration and performance. I´d say play with the settings and push it to the max. I have. If you have to choose I´d go with the highest settings on all large objects like terrain, buildings, grass and lower on unit detalis, shadows etc.

Can you tell us which Total War game are you playing and could you tell us your microprocessor, RAM, video card do you have?

I have an AMD Sempron 1,4 GHz, 256 RAM, nVidia FX 5200 128 RAM, and I'm able to play RTW with all the best graphics.

Rome: Total War Gold Edition. I just tried setting all graphic options to high and it works fine. Thanks for the advice.
