EB with BI

ok, so iv been debating with myself for a long time whether i should use the BI.EXE with EB too. i already have the BI disk, as i had the RTW gold edition, but im just worried if its save-game compatible, and is it compatible with TWFanatics minimod?

I added the BI.exe mod onto EB1.0 when about 6 years into a Romanii campaign and so far 50 years later all is working well and it was very nice to see Carthage landing large forces in an attempt to re-take Sardinia.
Do not know how it works with other mini-mods though.

If something works with RTW.exe, I see no reason it wouldn't work with the BI.exe.
