List of Governors with Command Stars?

Is there a list of provinces that give their governors a command star bonus?

I must admit I haven't made an exhaustive search for this info, so if I missed it, please forgive, and Happy New Year to all!

I've got an old list of province titles on my computer. I can't remember where I got it, though. According to this list Constantinople and Trebizon give +2 command, while Aragon, Bulgaria, Castile, Denmark, Ile de France, Ireland, Livonia, Normandy, Pomerania, Prussia, Rome, Rum, Scotland, Serbia, Sicily and the Papal States give +1 command.
