Howdy all,
Perhaps foolishly, in my Romani campaign I have been trying to subdue a couple of far-flung Qarthadast provinces in Africa by controlling the towns of Tuat (SW of Qart-Hadast) and Sala (S of Gader, in western Mauritania). While I am able to take control of the cities, they (not surprisingly) soon riot and then revolt -- but back to the Qarthadast, and not to Eleutheroi as I expected and intended. In one instance I purposely abandoned Tuat after destroying most of the structures, but it still reverted to Qarthadast rule.
Is there any way I can nudge a settlement to revolt to the Eleutheroi instead of the faction that most recently conquered it? Is this a silly question?
