unless book is exciting then you read it till 3am.... you need to try and read 'educational' books - that normally works, but if not at least you learn something!


My grandfathers both died young through smoking, and I saw a friend's father die with emphysema (not pretty) - I quit many years ago (actually due to partner who doesn't smoke not the previously listed better reasons), still have some cravings and still eat more - but its a lot better than the alternative!

Keep going and don't be tempted with the 'odd one' that's very dangerous.
