The file you can adjust the income from trade.
For example, we want to increase profit from trade skins:
Go to :

type furs
trade_value 4
item data/models_strat/resource_fur.CAS
icon data/ui/resources/resource_furs.tga

and change the profitability of 4 / 40

type furs
trade_value 40
item data/models_strat/resource_fur.CAS
icon data/ui/resources/resource_furs.tga

this way you can change all the resources

It's probably obvious after you've explained the above, but might be worth adding that you can also give a value to resources that don't trade at the moment, like Elephants and Camels which have 0 as value in the vanilla descr_sm_resources.txt file.
